Description: A fairly normal woman, standing at5'8" and about 130 pounds. She has bright, violet eyes and equally vibrant violet hair. She dresses very conservatively, but it doesn't manage to hide the fact that she is missing her right arm, a fact accentuated by the empty sleeve hanging from her jacket.

Personality: At first, Shea seems to be a typical loner: quiet, indifferent, business-like. However, underneath her facade is a mind warped by paranoid schizophrenia; she is really mentally unstable, and keeps her emotions hidden to suppress her insecurities. She thinks of comrades as nothing more than pieces in the war against the Earl and the Noah, just like her mentor, and will stop at nothing to destroy the Akuma infestations, and is noted for her ruthlessness.

Relationships:
Paschal Leverrier - Superior Officer. Mentor. The main reason she is, at least, marginally sane most of the time.
Desiree Castel - Superior Officer. Like Paschal, Shea doesn't approve of Castel's "half-hearted" approach.

Background: Her backstory, while tragic, has been kept mostly a secret and classified. It is known that she joined the Order in the aftermath of the disaster in New York's Central Station, but the circumstances of how and why are not well known, and only a few among the top brass are privy to such information. She was taken under Paschal Leverrier's wing and he raised her, trained her as an Exorcist. She has since become one of the strongest and most efficient Exorcists in the Order, and is one of the members of Paschal's personal detail when not out on missions and general duties.

Level Two

This Innocence is an equipment-type that, while unactivated, takes the form of a grafted, metallic substance on the user's right shoulder; it should be noted that it has been placed there because of a field amputation by the user on the said arm, which seemed to make it the most Innocence-sensitive spot. Regardless, it is not a parasite type, as if manifests outside the user's body. The graft is silver in color, with a navy blue cross design on the flat plate. When activated, a gloved prosthetic arm, grows from the plate and fills in her sleeve slowly, glowing with a slight blue light.

Fragarach's ability is to manifest a silver sphere of Innocence above the user's prosthetic. At this level, Shea is capable of manifesting up to ten of these spheres at once, allowing for a wide and varied array of uses with the amount of spheres Shea can create and manifest.

Special Abilities:

Sword of the Gorging Sea
A reference to the Irish god of the sea, the owner of Fragarach in folklore. When struck with force, the sphere is launched towards its target, and takes on the appearance of an unorthodox "sword." When embedded, a snap of the fingers with the prosthetic arm will cause strings of thorny barbs to course through the Akuma, destroying it. Multiple finger snaps, in order of spheres created, allows for time delay between attacks.

The attack's "blast of thorns" has a radius of approximately three or four meters. In addition, it should be mentioned that multiple spheres act like magnets if wished, and will change the trajectories of another sphere if manifested. An attack that, like the sea, is always surging and at the center of the attack, attacking from unexpected angles.

Shield of the Crimson Rose
A defensive technique that increases in strength proportionately to the enemy's attack. Five spheres are released at once, forming a pentagon-shaped flower that blooms to defend from any attack. It's defensive strength will increase to a point to match the enemy's attack strength; multiple bombardments of poison bullets from the average Level 1 Akuma and attacks from Level 2 Akuma is well within its defensive capabilities.

In addition, a short-range version can be deployed that localizes the shield around Shea's arms and legs, allowing her to fight unarmed against Akuma. The shield appears as multiple hexagonal structures that materialize at the point of impact, shielding her.

Fist of the Raging Heavens
An offensive technique that is a close-range variation of the "Sword of the Gorging Sea." Rather than unleashing a general blast when struck towards the enemy, This attack uses a sphere in the user's hand to release a "shaped charge" of energy, effectively reducing its attack radius to the area right in front of the attack, but increasing its concentration.
